Any great workout plan comes with a recommended nutrition plan. Crossfit is pretty simple in terms of what to eat. But I have learned a 4 general staples I try to keep every day.

1.)Try to cut out the sugars when possible.

2.)Load up on carbohydrates and protein during every meal.

3.) Snack on your recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables.

4.)Dont miss meals!

I also did a little research about how to consume somewhat responsible when the sun goes down as well.
