Crossfit has played a big part in getting ordinary people out of bed every day and gotten many in the best shape of their lives. Crossfit gives people the energy they need to get out of their comfort zone and fulfill their day to the best of their ability. That is what college is all about. I figured the idea should have a website and this is it. A little work and a little play seems to keep the stress away. College Crossfit is an outlet for anyone, over-stressed, itching to get out of the library and do something. I would like this website to be that small extra motivation that pushes me to tie my shoes and get out the door. College life can be tough, but the workout of the day can make it seem like a cakewalk.
