-To aid in the discovery and observance of crossfit and a healthy lifestyle while facing the regular challenges of the average college student.

-To get viewers motivated and excited about every week throughout the semester resulting in the accomplishment of any goal.

-To educate yet entertain athletes in promoting health, both physically and mentally.

-To get our generation to try new things, get a bit out of our comfort zone and to look back and be stoked.

Goals of the Week:

1.) Don't miss a meal all week. Feed your body the nutrients it needs.

2.) Do a physically demanding activity outside. Check the weekly forecast and go outside.

3.) Attend a yoga class. Most studios offer a free first class. Give your local yogi a call and pick a day and time!
