Tobias Parker is a recent graduate of our post-graduate program and Mentor Training Program. Considered something of a prodigy in terms of his own abilities, Tobias learned to use his own powers without any outside help, making him an excellent candidate for teaching students to explore their powers on their own without their mentor as a crutch once they are deemed qualified to do so. Students under Tobias are often those with animal communication abilities, though Tobias has been known to take on students outside of his field should he be requested.
