Jocelyn Parr has been with Sauveterre since she was a student, and has been applying the skills she learned at the Academy to assisting current students both in the mentorship program and in the therapy problem since the day she graduated. Experienced in matters of telekenesis, students under Jocelyn are often those whose powers defy gravity, either with their own body or by applying their powers to other objects.
