I tend view life through small scales and details, rather than the general big picture at large, which I express through my poetry, essays, and articles. Writing is an integral part of how I connect with other people, and I often write about heavy, serious topics that are not frequently talked about. It's a way for me to help people feel less alone in whatever they are going through without requiring them to open up.

I specifically achieve that goal through writing memoirs on millennial generation publisher EliteDaily.com, which has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've gained to date. In my articles, I touch on sensitive subjects and reveal how I've struggled with them. Consequently, I have received positive feedback from my readers who message me saying how much they relate to what I've written.

Most of my poetry features deeper insight on personal feelings and emotions. Unlike my articles that center on the why's, my poems are more about the how's, such as how I feel the exact instant I meet someone romantically significant. I imagine my poetry to be written photographs that capture moments, emphasizing on sensory details such as the way skin looks when it's wet or the sound of someone's laugh. Ultimately I am preoccupied with the idea of memories and nostalgia, and the extent to which they continue to affect our lives; therefore I intend to illustrate that connection through my poetry.

The essays I write revolve around social issues and social trends. This is a way for me to expand beyond writing personal reflections and raise awareness to causes or ideas that are important to me.
